• 4.1 - Questa Corte si è già pronunciata sui requisiti di validità contenutistica e topografica della procura cartacea... La procura debba considerarsi conferita per il giudizio di cassazione anche se non contiene un espresso riferimento al provvedimento da impugnare o al giudizio da promuovere, purché da essa non risulti, in modo assolutamente evidente, la non riferibilità al giudizio di cassazione.
• 11. La liquidazione delle spese processuali compiuta nell'impugnata sentenza non è quindi rispettosa dei limiti minimi tariffari introdotti con DM 55/2014... a tali parametri tariffari devono essere commisurati i compensi dei professionisti.
• 12. La verifica del rispetto dei predetti parametri conduce ad affermare l'evidente non conformità della liquidazione compiuta in sentenza al citato tariffario ministeriale... va, in parte qua, cassata, con rinvio alla Corte territoriale.
