  • Thus, Miscellaneous Labour Application Number 205/2020 is dismissed for want of prosecutions.
  • Since filing, no appearance has ever been made for more than (8) eight months now, as correcting submitted by Mr. Shafii Mafita respondent's representative. It should be noted that, parties have been in the machinery of justice for more than five years now. Applicant filed several applications that were struck out for incompetent. Since filing court has been issuing several court orders that has not been respected by applicant. None compliance of court orders not only is a disrespect but create chaos on entering admission of justice. That cannot be allowed to continue.
